Caroline Pond

I am a Pharmacist who has spent my career working in a diverse selection of healthcare related roles.

My role at CHASE is NHS Partnership Working Director. I am highly experienced in developing and managing healthcare programmes and I have developed and supported a number of CCG, ICS, PCN and GP Federation and pharmaceutical industry initiatives supporting improved patient outcomes, led by clinical pharmacists.

I also have a solid reputation for auditing and supporting Dispensing General Practices to improve quality and efficiency in their dispensary businesses and guiding prescribing and medicines optimisation activities to improve profitability whilst supporting low acquisition costs for the NHS.

I am passionate about improving healthcare and strive to promote projects which change patient outcomes.
