I joined CHASE in 2000 and am proud to have been part of our success for more than 20 years. As the Operations Manager I have an extremely varied role covering areas such as HR, Payroll and Employee Benefits, Fleet and most recently the development of companywide Employee Wellbeing initiatives.  As an Associate Member of the CIPD and a qualified Mental Health First Aider I believe that people are the key to the company’s success and, along with the Project Admin Team whom I manage,  I strive to ensure that the standard of services and level of care we provide to our Contract Sales and Nursing Teams is the highest in the industry.
