Throughout his career, he has specialised exclusively in early-stage drug development R&D, with a particular emphasis on Clinical Quality. Alongside this expertise, Paul has a proven history of successful placements in Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs, supported by a strong professional network.

While his primary focus is on the UK and Swiss markets, Paul has also completed search assignments across mainland Europe, including France, Germany, and the Nordic/Scandinavian region.

With a First-Class degree in Life Sciences and a master’s degree in Law, Paul brings both scientific understanding and strategic insight to his role.
