I am a highly experienced Biotechnology recruiter with a 16 year’ demonstrable track record in the consolidation of Senior / Executive Leadership teams. I focus on early-stage drug development R&D over the entirety of this period with a predominant focus on Clinical Quality, whilst still being able to demonstrate a strong network and placement history in both Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs.
My network is focused on the UK and Swiss markets however I have successfully completed search assignments across mainland Europe, including France, Germany and the Nordic / Scandinavian region.
I have a 1st Class Life Science degree as well as a Masters Degree in Law. I pride myself on my knowledge of the science behind Biotech R&D, as well as the expansive R&D network that I have spent 16 years’ building.
