Clinical Nurse Manager - Advanced Patient Care Capital Equipment - UK
Our client is a highly regarded international MedTech company that has been developing and manufacturing medical devices a broad range of 'best-in-class' therapeutic specialties and have ambitious growth plans for the next few years.
They now seek a talented Registered General Nurse to maximise their clinical profile by actively leading, managing and developing the scope of their Clinical team to support the delivery of clinical excellence to their customers.
You will ensure the delivery of a strategic service to the business and maintenance of regulatory compliance.
As such you will:
- Provide excellent and inspirational clinical leadership and support to various Health Trusts, Management and colleagues within the sales and clinical team.
- Effectively drive outputs, and in unison with the Clinical/Sales Manager, whilst maintaining focus on business objectives, company values, service level agreements and effective relationships.
- To ensure with liaison with Clinical/Sales Manager and any Trust Approved Officers, that you assist with any staff/patient surveys, and collate results for further management discussions.
- Lead, manage and develop your role through effective, supportive people management, including coaching, motivating and developing the capabilities within the service provision.
- Develop and collate clinical documentation and research to support the company product portfolio in conjunction with the long term strategy.
- Collate, interpret and act upon all relevant training tools in order to ensure a consistent team approach and delivery to the customer.
- Ensure the customers is kept educated and trained to a consistent, professional standard, supporting attainment of additional qualifications as necessary in order to continuously improve their product awareness.
- To actively undertake internal training with colleagues and on-site nursing and other site.
Candidate profile:
- Registered General Nurse/NMC registered & current PIN.
- Committed to relevant CPD achievement and supporting colleagues with shared knowledge training and development.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Forward thinking, innovative problem solver with excellent organisation skills.
- Capable of using own initiative, enthusiastic, motivated and able to work effectively individually and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to customer focus and delivery of targets, with the ability to proactively recommend clinical improvements where appropriate.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, but an excellent bonus benefits package will also be offered.
