As the UK Senior Brand Manager, you will successfully launch and plan for the growth of their rare disease brand by the development and implementation of a collaborative launch plan and by leading key stakeholders through the planning and launch process.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Ensure insights gathered from experts/ KOLs are shared with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Lead the cross functional Brand Team
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure projects are delivered to a clear brief and are on time/budget
  • Develop the Company and brand image though building positive relationships with relevant external bodies, key influencers and opinion leaders within the industry and profession
  • Through development of strong customer facing relationships, anticipate obstacles and their implications and working with the cross functional team to develop robust action plans, with clear leadership during implementation
  • Lead the development of strategic direction and tactical plans for the brands
  • Lead on the development of materials to facilitate implantation of the Brand Plan

Candidate Specification

  • Degree level essential, marketing or scientific qualification preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and great team player.
  • Ability to work on a broad range of activities and multi-task.
  • Flexible attitude, strong drive for results, proactive.
  • Ambitious and ability to develop through marketing career path in the future.
  • Experience of Rare/Ultra rare disease brand management digital marketing and CRM systems
  • Product launch experience
  • Line management experience
  • Highly proficient in Veeva CLM, Veeva Engage, digital communication, metrics, closed loop marketing and CRM
