Speciality Key Account Manager - Nephrology/Oncology - South UK

As a Speciality Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own geographical location and accountable for delivering sales growth in line with sales targets. You will be fully responsible for producing, implementing and monitoring your territory account plan, providing a positive customer experience across multiple engagement channels by utilising all resources available to effectively influence a positive change in the markers that have been defined as the measures of success.
Key Accountabilities include:
- High level sales account management, selling to bespoke target Health Care Professionals and accounts as stipulated and agreed, including interacting with both payer and clinical stakeholders
- Support market access for the Speciality product range in specified accounts
- Channel Master - use a broad range of channels with clear understanding of how and when to use each to orchestrate across the customer journey
- Understand the new NHS environment across treatment settings and pro-actively identify and drive appropriate business opportunities
Candidate Specification
- Positive, can-do attitude, commitment, and pro-activity
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm to utilise digital platforms and digital marketing tools
- Understanding of the NHS, including commissioning and patient pathways
- Numeracy and literacy
- Previous Speciality sales experience (Nephrology / Oncology)
- Previous experience of working with non-prescribing stakeholders
