The challenge
Our Pharma client required a Primary Care Sales Account Manager to cover Essex Customers. Our client had a very exact brief and needed an individual with extensive relevant territory success.
The solution
We attracted a very experienced Medical Sales Professional who has been made redundant from his previous role after 18 years and needed a lot of support and development on interview and assessment centre techniques. By ensuring this support the individual was successfully hired.
The outcomes
Within 16 months of joining the individual went on to become 2020 Primary Care Sales Representative of the Year. The individual was also allocated additional Hospital customer responsibilities as part of ongoing development.
