How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?
I joined CHASE in April 2019 as a Project Manager. The role is interesting and varied, with the key priority to deliver excellence in service and support to both Client companies and the CHASE contract staff working within their business.
What's your background prior to joining CHASE?
I started my career as a Registered Nurse working in a variety of primary and secondary care settings where I gained diplomas in Asthma, COPD and Diabetes patient management.
I joined GSK and the pharmaceutical industry 22 years ago and have held a variety of roles across a number of different business functions including 1stand 2ndline manager roles. My last role was within the service area of the business as Head of the Operations Hub, where my team were responsible for supporting internal and external customers in three key areas: operational processes and logistics, governance and compliance, and finance aligned to customer payments and disclosure.
What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?
