How long have you been with CHASE and what are your responsibilities?

I joined CHASE at the beginning of November 2018 as Project Manager responsible for supporting both our client companies and our CHASE contract sales staff. It is such a varied role. One day I could be working with a Sales Manager from a client company and the next I could be meeting up with a contract Sales Rep. One of the key responsibilities that comes with the job is about supporting the sales staff when they start their new job and making sure they have everything they need. We are also there the first few days and the last day of their training course to help them settle in to their new role as quickly as possible.

What’s your background prior to joining CHASE?

Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, I ran my own business for 12 years. I have had almost 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry starting out as a medical Rep and then 13 years as a Sales Manager. This has given me valuable experience to support both Sales Managers and contract sales staff, especially those who are new to the job or new to industry.

What do you see as the opportunities for CHASE over the next 5 years?

As the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries continue to change and more companies are looking to use CSO to supply their sales teams I can only see CHASE growing and even more in demand. Over the last few years the CSO side of the business has evolved and gained a lot more respect from both companies and individuals alike. Within CHASE there isn’t a one size fits all. We can adapt and offer a bespoke service to not only what our client wants, but also to our contract sales staff.

What makes CHASE different to other providers of People Solutions?

I have experience of working with CHASE as both a candidate and client. As a candidate I was met by the recruitment consultant who took the time to get to know me and understand what specifically I was looking for. I was supported in every way when I was going through the interview process and kept up to date at all times. When I was offered the opportunity to work for CHASE as a Project Manager, I had no doubt in my mind I was joining a great company. CHASE stands out from the rest because it is highly effective in what it does. From the first time a contract sales worker is contacted about a job to their first day in role, they are fully supported throughout the journey and kept up to date at all times. They have everything they need from their first day which enables them to just concentrate on their new job.
