Brand Manager - Respiratory - Berkshire

Our client is an innovation led transnational pharmaceutical company producing a wide range of generic and branded formulations. The behaviour of their leadership team and people has created an environment where entrepreneurship and innovation thrive.

As part of their continued expansion in the UK, they are now seeking a talented Brand Manager to work with their new Respiratory product.

As well as traditional Brand Management, you will also support the commercial team by providing regular and ad hoc analysis of market trends and dynamics, competitors, new entries and pricing.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive marketing and digital excellence through a customer centric approach
  • Enable an innovative and differentiated Multi channel mix and intelligent leverage of digital technology
  • Accountable for building respiratory brand plan
  • Support excellent tactical delivery of the UK, bringing innovative patient and customer centred thinking to the UK respiratory community
  • Drive and execute respiratory tactics that are in line with core product messaging company positioning and highest standards of compliance
  • Develop strategic communications and/or training materials for internal and external customers on current projects and tactics
  • Measure value, impact, and return on investment of all brand campaigns
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local payer environment and their priorities to ensure tactics and brand strategies are aligned accordingly

Knowledge/Experience required:

  • ABPI qualified with pharmaceutical industry experience in marketing/analyst roles with increasing responsibility, preferably as a Product/Brand Manager with product responsibility and strong expertise in brand promotional activities
  • Good knowledge of the NHS landscape and pharmaceutical market, health policy trends and climate as well as regulations and codes of practices
  • Experience with product launches
  • Results oriented and with excellent analytical, strategic, business planning, communication and decision making skills.
