They supply products throughout Europe and are expanding their footprint to serve the needs of more patients around the world.

Thanks to their ongoing success and in line with our continued strategic growth plan, a new position has been created for a Business Analyst.

This role contributes to the achievement of the business objectives in the country and works closely with the Commercial Director (CD)/Country Head and other key stakeholders in the organization.

As a Business Analyst your focus will be on:

Business Analytics

  • Measuring Sales, KPIs and results of tactics implemented as well as infield KPI Collect all data from CRM and other existing internal/external sources of information relevant
  • Report conclusions to line manager and team on above data
  • Cooperate with line manager leadership to consolidate key information on country business events to feed Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Partnering closely within European analytical think tank (EATT) to ensure sound data-driven decision making and best practices

Product Management

  • Ensuring all ongoing operations/tactics are delivered on time and in line with local rules and regulations

Sales Effectiveness

  • Gather key competitive information/insights from field team, such as regional guidelines, tenders or others buying processes in regions pertinent to company product portfolio, competitor positioning
  • Gather, review and compile a data set from field team, prepare a monthly report (to include observations, and recommendations) for line manager

Country Training

  • Becoming a go to point of expertise on knowledge dissemination within the team to support internal knowledge of the product, of the processes and to facilitate dissemination and growth of positive company culture within the team
  • Immediately inform the Pharmacovigilance Partner about any incident concerning drug safety
  • Immediately inform Quality Management about any incidents concerning the Quality Management System, deviations and customer complaints

Candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in managing Sales and KPI Dashboards
  • Analytical propensity and problem-solving attitude required
  • Strategic and innovative thinker - results / solutions driven
  • Ability in managing and cooperating in cross functional work setting
  • Expertise in environmental intelligence and insight
  • Business Acumen
  • Develops solutions to customer needs and insights
  • Proven experience in deploying and supporting the operations of field based teams
  • Functional understanding of brand management, development of marketing campaigns, analyses of competitors
  • Experience on creating plans and rationalizing processes, working with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in project management
