Case Study: CHASE’s effectiveness vs an RPO global agreement
The challenge
Our Pharma client reached out to CHASE as they needed to urgently recruit an experienced Training Manager for an upcoming launch. The UK business is tied into a Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing company – they had been trying to recruit for the pivotal position for several months with multiple unsuccessful assessment centres.
The solution
With our extensive network and knowledge of the market we managed to source three experienced Training Managers within a few days. All were selected for interview, two for assessment centre and one was ultimately offered the position.
The outcomes
The UK HR function now have the option to work outside the Global RPO agreement and engage with CHASE as we’ve proved we are experts in the market, provide stronger candidates and ultimately reduce the time to hire key personnel.
